Hey, guys i have tell you huge reason how rules about She-Hulk goes be worked:

1. She-Hulk form is for only adults, adult OCs or adult characters. Especially you, Lygia (@lygiamidori), because you're an adult and Waitress Darling can sometimes have a Hulk form.

2. The underage (Under 18) OCs or characters are NOT allowed to have She-Hulk forms, because underage are too young to have big muscles!
